I still had a bad experience with the first truck I bought and had repaired. One good experience is not going to make up for the horrible experience from the first truck.

The first truck I had repaired by the body shop in 2023 had door dings and scratches. I had to take it back four times before they fixed them. This time, I took in a new 2026 Silverado that had some scratches from being on the lot, and they did a fantastic job the first time. I am very happy with the results. The only reason for a 9 and not a 10 is the problems I had in 2023.
