The entire experience was superb. Mr. Juan Cruz, my service manager, set the tone from my first telephone call. All the initial paper work and inspection was conducted quickly and professionally.I asked if the car could be fixed quickly and returned to me before afternoon rush hour. Mr. Cruz said he would make every effort to make that happen. My car was ready, fixed and washed by 1330 the next afternoon . Great effort by your entire team, to include the car rental, all organized by Mr. Cruz. Truly appreciate the great service. Thank you.
