The communication was not the best. First I was told it may be done Friday or possibly Monday. Then it was Wednesday and then it wasn’t done until Friday. So, whole extra week of not knowing when I would get my Jeep back.

JC made the entire process so easy for us. He coordinated with the insurance company to get us in quickly and in a rental, then notified us that the car was ready for pickup. The only thing not great was the interior is dusty from the paint process. But the repair and paint match are on point. Thank you Steve and Laura Taylor
