Just let me say from the very start my experience with Jersey Collision has been the best anyone could ask for. Starting with Dana at the front desk. Dana was kind and professional throughout the project. Gary who facilitated the repairs. Shawn estimator Robert, Mike the technician, Jared the painter and Alex the paint prep guy along with the Owner Isaac who personally came out to greet me when I dropped my truck off. I would HIGHLY recommend this establishment to anyone I know. They handled all the difficulties with the insurance company. The truck looks better than before it was in the accident. I couldn’t ask for anything more. Great Job to the entire staff.

This is the first auto body shop that is the whole package! Starting with wonderful customer service the first visit to the last visit to pickup my car. To top it off the car was in great condition. The car had been totally cleaned in and out. Waxed, interior cleaned with the mats even washed. Car was so shiny it looked new. Thanks so much.

As a former federal investigator and a decorated US Army paratrooper, I truly appreciate team’s hard work, professionalism and candor. True blue. My mom’s car was hit in a parking lot of a grocery store. She was really upset because the car was new and it was parked further away from other cars to avoid exactly that. Shawn made the whole process very easy and worry free. Shawn is a consummate, stellar and quintessential professional. He was HONEST and upfront about the whole process. The shop didn’t rush the job and addressed all of my concerns and questions. Shawn Kerr was patient with me and meticulous with the job , checking everything out personally prior to handing the car over to me. Shawn, thank you for going far and beyond. There’s a small scrapping noise in the car when I turn the steering wheel, everything else looks good. It took 2 weeks longer than was estimated but otherwise the car looks and is working well.
