Jersey Collision is my go to for a body shop, I recommend all my friends there. Ryan who is one of their newer techs is on point, kept me up to date every step of the way and went above and beyond while my vehicle was being repaired. Dana who is one the girls in the office is great as well and made sure all was accurate with the insurance claim and was in touch throughout as well. It all comes down from the owners, they lead by example and they can be proud of their staff. Thank you!! My car looks better than when it rolled out of the showroom!!

If another shop could do all of the work in 1 shop visit, that would be the better option.

The people that work here are nice but. They purposely put a bumper on my car that didn't fit. It still looked pushed In where it got hit, and didn't meet the frame of the car flush. Also after putting on the bumper, one of my brake lights had stopped working. I brought the car back for a 2nd repair to put on the proper bumper that fit. I told them the light was out and they said "no problem we'll fix it"... They brought it back to me with both brake lights out and said they didnt do it. They said at 12:15pm my car would be at my house in an hr. They showed up at 1:40 with no brake lights at all so they needed to take the car again. I had to call out of work and lose a days pay. Really not great with time and communication. So thats 3x @ 1 shop for 1 repair. I literally lost more time and money in the end and should have just left my car broken. I would go elsewhere in the future. Although the people were nice I'd rather them have been rude and fix my car correctly the first time. I lost my whole day and couldn't go to work on top of it. Everything was fixed eventually in the end but I look dumb to my job I told I could be there because I was told I'd have my car around 1:15. Again everything was fixed but it could've been done in one trip instead of 3. At the expense of my gas as well.

My wife and I were completely satisfied I have never come across in the many years of doing business and driving vehicles such polite courteous professional and caring individuals as we encountered at Jersey collision and that was from all of the workers and administration that were in the shop I would recommend them to anyone and everyone and everyone thank you again for all that you did for us when we needed help and direction you all were there best regards Ronald and Michelle

Everyone there was completely professional courteous and willing to help and solve any and all problems with the proper resolution it was a pleasure doing business with everyone and I would recommend it 100% for anyone else who had the unfortunate situation of an accident with the vehicle to go to Jersey collision thank you for everything you did for our family

Did a beautiful job, above and beyond! My car is cleaned better than when I dropped it off.. the only thing is my door is incomplete. It’s missing the weather stripping and the pin strip on the door. Told it was on back order so I do have to go back . Which is a little annoying .. however the did a beautiful job.
