Both Diana in person and Cesar by phone were warmly personal; Diana included humor and went along with bantering. The communication was regular and clear; the fonished product (repair) was excellent and for a reasonable price.

First of all, THANK YOU! I appreciate how efficient and fast you guys were with the repair. This is one of the least stressful experiences I have had with a vehicle having to be repaired. You guys made me feel comfortable, answered all my questions, and put my mind at ease and dealt with everything. It’s very much appreciated. Thank you again. Will be doing business with this shop again! Hopefully not for a repair this time

Workers super nice and respectful and very charismatic. The explanation of what was going to happen to my car was explained very well. The wait wasn’t bad and my car looks like if nothing happened to it I’m very satisfied. I also liked getting updates from about my car through massages rather than me having to call that was awesome! Thank you guys did an awesome job!

I’m super satisfied how my car ended up it looks like if nothing has happened to it. Staff is super nice and helpful. I never encountered a rude staff everyone is super nice. My car is working perfectly fine and it’s running smoothly. Thank you once again I would definitely bring my car to this shop again.
