There were some complications with getting parts of the right quality which made the pickup date oscillate. Looking over the sources from Albany to Long Island, I have a better understanding of what Kim and Jim tried to explain to me.

Thank you all for your attention to our needs. My sons ‘96 Camaro is very precious to him & when someone hit his car in an accident, he was devastated but knew the damages would be covered. But he didn’t just want any auto body shop working on it so he did his homework and viewed the google reviews online. He felt confident to bring his car to your shop. From day 1 when we called, everything was explained in detail of the process. We felt comfortable leaving the car in your hands. And for length of time length you had the car, we were constantly informed of the process, which never left us with unanswered questions or any doubts. My son was extremely pleased with the outcome of the body work & details that everyone put into it. If we ever need auto body work done in the future, we will go to you first for assistance. Thank you for making our experience so wonderful.

I took a while but it was worth it, Jim Carl did a great job on the repair and also dealt with my insurance company sparing me a lot of stress. My beloved X3 looks and drivew better than new and I am so happy.

I think customer service was ok. It can definitely improve. We can all improve, that's our life goal of course. But in Jim Carl's case specifically, You try to understand the customer the best they can . The issue is ; not all customers are the same. Some customers are happy with a smilie and good conversation. Other customers want to speak to someone who has good knowledge of auto knowledge . So thank you it was good. And like I said we can all improve
