Took a lot longer than I expected/was told (3 weeks, not 1), and I had to bring it back to get it “finished” because the paint job wasn’t buffed to smoothness. Communication could be improved. Otherwise, friendly staff.

My car was dropped off on a Wednesday and then not ready for two weeks and two days. I had to reach out three different occasions to check in on the status of my car. No one reached out to give me any updates. It was frustrating. I left a vm message for the person who I dropped the car off with. She never returned my call.
