I chose Jim Johnson Collision Center specifically because of Meghan. The day of my estimate, she was so kind and helpful. After a troubling experience at another body shop, Meghan put my mind at ease and made sure the repair process was seamless. She took care of everything! I had wonderful experiences with other employees, as well. Every time I called, no matter who I spoke to, my questions were answered promptly. If I’m ever in need of a body shop, Jim Johnson Collision Center will be my first call!

quality of the repair was very good. It took a long time but the dealership took care of me with a loaner. Everyone was super professional and helpful. Still, it took four months to the day from the accident to get the car back.

My car wasn’t completely fixed the first time - both the right (passenger side) headlights weren’t working, my wipers were messed up and my windshield wiper fluid container wasn’t working either and none of the fluid was coming out. As well, the passenger side part of my front bumper was bowing out at the time of pick up. Had to bring it back and have them fix all of that. Was also told that i was give “recycled” parts that had been apart of another car that was in an accident, who thought that was okay???

Great staff, beautiful repair, helpful advice about keeping it in good shape. They let me leave my car on their lot for a week because I was out of town when they finished the repair. A very positive experience.
