That door was your place never check to see if it worked correctly. Had to go back then brought it back. They said they have to order stuff to fix it and the trim on the back. Regar passenger is coming off within two days and they said that they have to put that back on again so so far I'm disappointed and I have to go back again to have them fix everything

The body work looks good. Color was matched and blended well. Communication along the way was terrible.the carries app was never updated after the initial quotes and I was having to call to get any updates. The finish date was stuck at Jan. 17th up till the day my car was finally ready. My radiator was replaced in the body shop not even by a mechanical tech. I noticed about a week after picking up the car that my coolant reservoir was empty took it back by so they were aware n they topped it off. That was Friday 2/7/25 I have had to top it up again on 2/8/25 and added some the day after. If it needs it again going to have to schedule to have to bring it back in.

In person customer service was great. Nice staff but not getting updates is terrible. My rentalbwas costing me out of pocket each day and the deadline kept getting extended without my knowledge

The repair went great the work looks great just have a small issue with the part and headlight not lining up with fender headlight is sticking out a little it's sharp and it will catch your hand if you rub down the side
