There doesn’t appear to be a method to work with people who have jobs, and the lack of follow up other than for this survey is a bit disappointing. I was also a bit put out by the fact that the bag for my wheel lock key was apparently disposed of. Moreover, the key itself was moved and put in the glovebox. It seems some kind of undefined wheel repair was performed but the tire wasn’t reinstalled properly, so it kept leaking. I took the car to Discount Tire a few days later and spent good amount of time in the parking lot tearing the car apart trying to find where the wheel lock key was hidden. I’m glad it was at least returned to the car.

It may be fine, but the pre-collision system keeps randomly going off since the repair. I sent a message mentioning it, and I never got a response back.

I was contacted just after 4pm when the work was completed and rushed from work to get my car. I arrived just a few minutes before 5pm and saw someone rush to lock the door before I got to it. I knocked and was told the store closed at 5. I checked my watch which said 4:59 at that point, and when I pointed it out the person repeated a few times they close at five. Eventually, it became clear that the actual issue was that they locked up everything already and weren’t going to be able to give me my car till the next day, which is fine and understandable, but I didn’t care for the attitude about how the store closes at 5 — especially since I technically arrived before 5. To make matters worse, when I was getting the attitude, I pointed out I work the same hours as the store and was told I just needed to figure something out.
