zach was very professional, patient, and understanding, he answered all of my questions and explained everything to where i could understand. he went above and beyond to take care of the communication between the other insurance company and the rental vendor. also, excellent job on my vehicle repairs. my car was washed and vacuumed out on inside! i was very pleased. 5/5 would pick this collision repair place again (but i honestly hope i never see all of you again 🤗)

Very disappointed with Jim Norton Toyota collision center.. Asked to fix all the dents around the car but not once but asked twice to fixed it and they didn’t even do it... so never again
