I cannot say enough good things about Jim’s Auto Body! From start to finish, they were absolutely fantastic. The entire experience exceeded my expectations. Their communication was great, everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional, and they made the whole process incredibly easy. Most importantly, the work they did on my Jeep was amazing, it looks perfect! You can tell they truly take pride in their work and care about the people they’re helping. It’s not always easy to find a business that delivers excellent customer service AND exceptional quality, but Jim’s Auto Body absolutely does both. I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to recommend them to anyone needing body work. They’ve definitely earned a customer for life! Used old torning bumper cover. Wheel didn't get changed I told them take time need another day keep it

Our apologizes that the insurance company did not approve replacing the bumper cover initially. Luckily we were able to get them to approve it and had the new bumper cover on your car two days later. Hopefully the loaner car got you by for a couple extra days while we finished up your car. Thanks again for allowing us to fix your car! If you need anything further let us know!

From start to finish it was an easy experience from the time I walked in to get the estimate to the time I picked up my keep that was finished after the collision. Bruce was easy to work with and made the whole experience simple. Walked out to a wonderful job and a clean jeep.
