The body work was great. We had understood that the back up camera failure would be analyzed, were told it was unhooked and advised possibly the mechanic could be helpful with that issue. We talked about following up with Toyota to analyze the issue. We are trying to set that up with Toyota and will get back with you later regarding the results and whether you can do the work. We are not really unsatisfied, just need more info from Toyota.

Unfortunately, I’ve used Jims Body Shop for both mechanical and Body Shop work for many years. The work has always been done right the first time and this most recent collision repair was no exception… coordinated with insurance, done promptly and done right. I would have no reservations coming back if the need arises.
