Got the car back on Saturday May 30th and after inspecting it there are areas of the hood and fender that are not aligned. On the passenger side there is a gap where I can see the plastic pieces going into the motor. On the front the hood and grill are not aligned

My repair experience with Jim’s Auto was very good. The damage from a deer was fixed in a timely manner and I received a loaner car while it was being completed. All of the people I dealt with were totally professional and a pleasure to deal with.

Not thrilled, panels were clearly not paint matched/blended into adjacent panels. Hinge bolts on driver door wasn’t even tightened with one sticking out over a half inch from the mating surface.

My trucks color is harder to match then most and they made it happen looks great even did a good job on my custom bumper
