I was locked out of my loaner and called to get the code… but they didn’t have one on file. I got in with help… The seats didn’t adjust in my loaner, and no AC. But, I was thankful for the loaner. Tim Aldrich is top notch. Start to finish, he was awesome. The owner, Jim, agreed to meet me at the shop after hours to swap my vehicle for the loaner, because he was desperate for getting loaners back. When I called 30 min ahead, he was on a “tow job”. He was quite rude and on the verge of disrespectful. Since my car was there with keys, I swapped and left a check in the loaner. The work was great, super positive experience… minus the correspondence with Jim.

Jim's Body Shop took care of some serious scratches that appeared on my truck. They work well with my insurance company and my repairs were approved as I got a date within 10 days yo bring the tuck in for repairs. Four days and my truck was ready. Completely washed inside and outside like I had taken it to a detailed. Found a spot were a spec of dirt got in the new paint. Went back to Jim's and it was fixed with an hour. Glad I went there! Unless I move out of state I won't take my vehicles anywhere else.
