We were very satisfied with Jim’s Body Shop, but dissatisfied with Nationwide. The car was owned by my wife. Her name is on the Nationwide policy. Despite repeated complaints, Nationwide refused to communicate with my wife about her claim. Instead they always contacted me, including this survey. This in not the Middle Ages. Women can handle their own affairs. They don’t need their husbands to do it for them.
