They did make there best effort to fix the problem but the fact remains they didn’t do a QA for my car before they give it back, they didn’t install parts that went with my cars primary systems, and it ended up not being done for 9 days as opposed to the four originally aimed for.

I have used this shop in the past and have always been very satisfied….. they returned my car a bit late this time though I believe parts were harder to locate this time due to situations beyond their control.
