This experience was absolutely horrible. Never have we experienced anything so unprofessional, dishonest and less than par work. Upon picking up the vehicle which they had for 35 days, the battery was dead and the car was filthy on the inside. We had to purchase a new battery as we were stranded because the car could not be driven until we got a ride to a battery place and my husband had to install it. The car was just given to us without them ever checking over it. Also, the body work was not repaired correctly and the wheel cover panel in back of car was removed and now does not fit correctly. We are less than pleased with the experience.
