I cannot say enough as to this whole experience with the customer service; their caring attitude, courtesy, and reliability. We are extremely impressed as to the cleanliness of the whole premises, inside and out. Patrick gave us a tour to show us how our truck was repaired. The repair was extremely expensive. I would highly recommend them to anyone. State Farm is fortunate to rely on their service for them.

Bumper not aligned with fender. Not enough clips holding up the bumper to the fender, very noticeable! Per body shop said it'll fall off with regular driving down the road in time, cruising bumper, fenders and paint and insurance company will not cover poor workmanship.

Repair Quality

Bumper on one side is far out from fender nieghbor said not tighten up and needs tighten up and clips put on to pull it up and match up with the fenders the bumper will keep loosing up til it will slip off on side and hang and break off cost $$$ for another bumper+ fenders+ Paint. So when do you want to repair the bumper, clips, and line up the bumper to the fender? Otherwise looks fine, minus a couple of things, but bumper not lined up and not tight and lined up sticking out further then the fender is noticeable and don't want the bumper to fall off because of the clips.
