Repairs were completed on time and match well. Disappointed that the font driverside lug-nuts were not appropriately tightened. Car was shaking after a 50 mile drive. Lug nuts were finger tight 1 was tightened.

I’m very satisfied with the work. My car looks like the day I bought it. I was not informed that it would take a week to complete. I should have been told that. Also, I was informed that enterprise would leave me a rental, and pick up my rental at Jim’s. Not only their fault, enterprise and State Farm should have informed me of that service. Regardless, I am extremely satisfied with the work and professional service that Jim’s provided for me. I would choose them again. 5⭐️

Couldn’t be happier with my experience! I brought my car in for a fender bender and the team was awesome from start to finish. Super friendly, kept me updated the whole time, and even got the job done sooner than expected.
