They did not repair the driver side, front wheel trim, and actually placed additional scratches on it. I have before and after pictures. Also, the front hood does not properly fit with the bumper cover. I was told by the technician that that’s as good as it can be, as there’s no adjustments. I pointed this out to the receptionist and technician. Receptionist seemed disinterested. I previously used this shop and was very satisfied. Exterior of the car was not cleaned and actually they had to come out and remove wax marker writing which was still on the passenger side of the windshield. As a business owner, I would find this to be unacceptable. If this was your car, you would not except the explanation I was given.

This was my first time utilizing the shop under the new ownership and I was just as pleased with the service that I received this time as I was before. They were friendly even in the midst of being busy and answered all my questions. They were up front on the possible time it may take to repair it but were able to get it done sooner which was much appreciated. Not that I want to go back to a collision shop again, but I was very happy with the service and would definitely use them again.

You do not keep your word.what I was told by the owner was not what happened.bringing my truck there 3 to 4 days before you work on it is a very bad and I must get a rental car .you must think I have money to throw away.change this policy

The brakes on my repaired wheel were done wrong. The rotor was extremely hot and had a horrible burning oder. The car needs to be fixed and is certainly not drivable.
