After 7 days of having my car at their shop, I was told it would be completed in 2 to 3 days. After 12 days in their shop I was told it would be ready in 2 days. After 4 wks in their shop I was told that they didn't know when it would be finished. I quit calling ; feeling helpless as to what to do. After they had my car for 5 weeks I went by on a Sunday. It was on the lot. At 2pm on Monday I went by to pick it up (obviously ready but had received NO CALL). when I walked in the lady said oh you're ready and I asked when they supposed they were going to call me. She said I did last TUESDAY! She said that I had an issue with my voice-mail. That is understandable but if they weren't able to leave a message then a 2nd phone call would have been greatly appreciated.

6 weeks for a window replacement, small paint touch up and door panel replacement, with zero updates. I had to initiate communication to realize that the shop was extremely short staffed.
