My husband's Truck was to take 3 days to fix. It took 53 for not reason and never told it would take so long. Had to constantly fight for updates and for the right work to be done. Work was never done right so had to take to another garage in the end to get the truck to drive right. Joe Pierrel's is not the shop it used to be. Very Disappointing. We will never take a vehicle there again.

Was told false information multiple times and that things were fixed, when they were not. If my husband didn't have mechanical knowledge they would have screwed someone like me over big time.

The repairs were fine but we were very disappointed that we kept getting pushed back behind others whose repairs were more expensive than ours therefore leaving us without a second car for three weeks when we were told 5 days.
