The Explorer’s front end looks awesome…and I greatly appreciate the wonderful job everyone did. I appreciated that you cleaned it all up and had it all nice and shiny, thank you. I was also very appreciative that I was able to get and leave the rental car there at the shop. This made dropping off and picking my car back up easy on me with my hectic work schedule. Thank you all again.

Always very happy when I take my vehicle to Joe Pierrel Auto because I know when I get my vehicle back it’s going to be complete and fixed perfectly. The front office staff are very kind and welcoming. I love how I received updates when process was made or something changed. Overall experience is 10 out of 10. This is my 3rd time going to Joe Pierrel for my vehicle. The process for a rental is flawless and easy as well as when you pick your vehicle up it’s washed and the inside is cleaned. Highly recommend. Still haven’t found a con with this company only pros.
