I am always so impressed by the professionalism, friendliness and attention to detail I receive when my car is there. Josh is wonderful to work along with Tim at the front desk. I owe the guy who cleaned the inside of my car a huge thank you because he did a great job. We are lucky to have such an amazing body shop like Joe Pierrel.

They do good work, but it takes way to long

It's hard to tell how the repair quality is already. I haven't really had time to check the vehicle out. I can see that the hood and the headlight looks good, and the door doesn't sound like it's about to fall off, but nothing was explained as to what else was found when they started tearing it apart. Also, I was told 9 days, maybe 2 weeks for repairs..it took a month. Other than not explaining the extras they found wrong, the employees that I interacted with were very nice.
