They ordered the wrong step and stuck me with it because it wasn't returnable. Now this spring I will need to buy the correct one and put it on, and pay out of pocket for it

They didn't line up the doors even after we told them about the problem. We have picked up our Sprinter and now taking it to a different body shop to get 5 things finished.

absolutely stellar service by John's...only minor comment is that they could have done a little better with proactive status updates. I mostly had to call them and then they just told me when it was done, which was a week or so beyond their original outside date estimate
