Communication was accurate and consistent. Repair work took a little longer than originally estimated, but not much. Worth the wait. The repair was excellent. I highly recommend Johns.

Outstanding service. Trevor and Nick made sure I had the most recent estimates and I got an appt. quickly. Trevor also arranged for rental car through the company they use and it was reasonable. All in all I was very satisfied.

It's a little soon to really tell but so far so good. I must tell you that you kind of did a "bait and switch" on me --- your first estimate was $5000 and after I said to proceed, you increased the estimate to "nearly $10000".

John’s Collision did an acceptable job on my repairs, but I wish they would have done an exceptional job! The first time I went to pick up my car some of the parts they replaced were scratched! The next time when I was looking my car over I found parts on the back seat of my car that needed to be put back on! This is a 57000 dollar vehicle they should make sure it is well taken care of while in their possession. I shouldn’t have new damages to my vehicle that weren’t part of the accident! My car was so dusty on the inside when I picked it up I was sick I mentioned to Chuck that they need to invest in an indoor storage facility! Also I had some interior scratches to my leather, entrainment screen and center console!
