Again, I think what was done looks great, not happy at all that the repair now is with the truck and have to find a way to get the over spray removed.

I thought the office staff was wonderful and basically that side of the experience was really good! My concerns: I have over spray white paint on my black piece under the driver side quarter panel. 2. The first time I opened my trunk the left shock that opens and closes my trunk flew out of joint and the top connection broke into 5 pieces. I can only assume in order to fix my bumper that the team needed to keep my trunk open for an extended period of time and as a by product stressed the joint hence it is now broken..

He gave me an exact quote on the phone and did the job in one week — he even transported the car back and forth from the dealer — as we live out of town. The car looks amazing.
