The work seems to be satisfactory, however the repair took much longer than I had expected. I would give you repeat business, however because the repair work is more important than the time. I understand that the time is somewhat out of your control.

Only bad thing was communication about hold up on damaged replacement parts. I had to call several times to find what was taking so long.....great work and easy to deal with as always. Always easy to find out what was going on when I called. I recommend Jones for all my body work repair. Thanks
