If they did a better job of being proactive in their communications then I would rate this as a 10. I am pushing 60 years old and I’ve had lots of companies do work for me on many different types of things. Over all these years, I have come to realize that the companies who are certain to contact me instead of leaving it to me to contact them are the companies that I go back to time and again and mention to friends and family about. To me, that’s even more important than cost.

Proactive communication would have been nice. I called Jones on the original estimated finish day and that’s when I found out that they had had to order more parts for some unforeseen damage during the estimate. Then I had to call back the day of the second estimated finish timeand found out that they were still waiting for a part and that it would be done the following day. That following day I was contacted by them to let me know the progress, and they even chose to stay after hours since it was a Friday and they are closed on the weekends to be certain that my truck was done.
