A great job was done on my windshield and especially my hood. They did great I think my windshield washer is beyond their ability to repair.

Brought my car in for two repairs broken windshield dented hood after repairs windshield washers not working compass on my mirror. Not working mirror was resolved. Windshield washers were not. They are still broken.

Car is worse now then it was before I dropped it off. Check engine light was never on before and my hood always closed. Now my car says the hood is open all the time and my engine is wrong. Paid over 700 dollars to have to take it to another shop because it's not fixed. The things I asked to be fixed never got fixed and I went 3 months without a car for Jones Ford just to fix the bumper. I'm not happy.

Just because the paint job really wasn’t that good.

Paint job didn’t turn out that good. My 11 year old even asked why the paint was “blurry” the guys working there were awesome and great to deal with. They offered to try and fix it better but I needed to put back to work so I took it.

The speed of the repair is good. The QC inspection is not. My department shouldn't have to constantly point out mistakes needing more repairs.
