Ray was wonderful to work with. His knowledge of the process (his own as well as insurance) is amazing. He was willing to share, and break things down to an understandable level. He was also willing to spend the time needed to make us feel comfortable. The car came back repaired and painted as discussed, and cleaner than it has ever been. The process with insurance (Erie) was seamless. I couldn't have asked for a better experience! Highly recommend, and will pass the word.
