Having to walk into an auto body repair shop is never pleasant. You’re there because your car was damaged in an accident. However, walking into JPS Collision was not what I expected. First, the office is very clean and modern. The receptionist, Gabriella, was pleasant, friendly, and took her time explaining the process. Then Justin took over. He inspected the vehicle and marked the areas of the car that needed repair and gave me a time frame for completion. He was also very pleasant and friendly. My car was completed within the specified time frame and was returned to me as clean as it was coming out of the showroom! I neglected to get the name of the employee I dealt with when I picked up the car, but he was also pleasant & polite. JPS offers the added convenience of working with a rental car company. They drop off the car at the appointed car and you can return the rental at JPS’ facility. Overall, a great experience.

My overall experience with the shop was good. The facility was clean, professional, and the general service was good. However, when I initially picked up my vehicle, I discovered that not all of the reported damage had been repaired because the repair report had not been reviewed accurately. I had to return the vehicle so the remaining work could be completed. I also experienced an issue with my lights not working, which required another return to the shop. I was also disappointed with the interaction during the inspection, as I did not feel that my concerns about what had happened were received in a kind or understanding manner. The vehicle had to be inspected again to make sure all of the necessary repairs were properly addressed. Overall, I appreciate the work that was completed and the cleanliness of the shop, but I believe better attention to the original repair report, a more thorough final inspection before releasing the vehicle, and improved customer communication would have made the experience much better.
