I brought my car in after it was hit in a parking lot. Everyone I spoke with and encountered at JPS were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. My car was fixed within 1 week and looked better than it did when I first bought it. Mike was fantastic with communication and kept me up to date during the entire process. NJM dragged feet but once I got in touch with the adjuster, after I had my attorney reach out, the repair was completed fast and smooth. JPS are very professional! Also had a hard time with the rental and the adjuster laughed on the phone when I said I needed a 4x4 because of snow and inclement weather!!! It professional on NJM side, thought you guys where more professional then this!

Very happy, pleased, satisfied to have gone with JPS collision. The staff are friendly, understanding & committed to their services & making the client pleased.
