They were able to manage completing $18k worth of damage to my car in 3 weeks. My car drives the best it ever has, and it looks like I juat drove it off the lot again for the first time. They did a phenomenal job!

The office staff kept me updated twice a week with the progress of my car. Any delay or issues that came up during the repair process had always been communicated to me the same day the issue was discovered. Very friendly and professional!

I was very happy to pick up my car in pretty much the same condition it was the day I got it. I cannot find a dent on it and I am very l, very satisfied with the repair. I am also very satisfied with the customer service. The receptionist Kim did a great job keeping me updated and informed. I cannot thank J&R Collision enough for how well the repair came out.
