They were very friendly nice and helpful. Great experience except I have a new dent on the back right side of my car and I’m not sure if it was done by a tool to remove my rear bumper or not.

I have worked with JRs in the past and like the service and end results. But this time he was so busy that it took almost two months to get the vehicle back.

Phone communication was fine. My only complaint would be that when the vehicle was picked up they gave me the keys and I paid the deductible but because the front person was working with another customer I felt very hurried and rushed. I would have thought that someone would have gone over everything with me about the repair and that did not happen. I can definitely say that more associates are needed.
