As someone who’s experienced their first collision, I’d never experienced the processes of vehicular repairs and claims. K&E gracefully and kindly aided me throughout each step of my car’s repairs as well as the adjunct financial side of my claim. My Nissan was repaired exquisitely, the updates of the repair operations were reassuring, and my vehicle looked as amazing as the day I purchased it. The additional cleaning and maintenance was the cherry on top! Pepe was professional and the staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you K&E for the top tier service you provided! Hats off to Pepe and Heather for being an amazing team! They are super corteous, friendly and professional. I got into my first accident and Pepe helped explain certain things better than my agent!! He helped in organizing a rental, kept everything simplistic and also stuck by their word and finished the repairs in the timing that they originally gave me. You could never tell anything happened to the truck when they were finished! They also provided a small gift and a key chain that was so generous of them. I cannot thank you guys enough, if anything were to happen futuristically, I will definitely be back. Please check K&E out if you want your vehicle to be in professional hands!

Fantastic experience with K&E! Pepe was helpful and set clear expectations. I got continuous text updates, and my car was ready in the earliest timeframe quoted. I picked it up looking brand new - tires too - plus a goodie bag and a keychain. I didn't even notice some of the free goodies until I got home, like the air freshener and K&E license plate holder. They ordered parts before my claim was even approved. Everyone I encountered was professional, and I got some unexpected assistance, which was really helpful and unexpected. Hopefully I won't need body work again, but K&E is my first choice if I do. Highly recommend! Thanks K&E for the positive experience.
