The repair job was expertly done and the car was immaculately clean when I picked it up. Although I was totally satisfied with the repair job, I need to say that I was not happy with the length of time it was in the body shop until it ready for pickup. I understand they are busy but I wish I had been told from the start how long it would be in the shop before the repair would be completed.

Excellent repair work. The car was left spotlessly clean. My only dissatisfaction is with the amount of time it took the auto repair. I wish I had been told from the beginning how long it would be in the shop other than that, I was kept informed all along the way.

The repair time was outrageous. All they had to do was to replace a door. If they didn’t have the the door or couldn’t find it the shouldn’t have told me to bring the car in. They requested me to drop off the car on November sixth. After keeping the car for a week informed me the completion date would be on the 17th if for some reason it would not be ready they would call that did not happen. I had to call them on the 17th to find out my vehicle was not ready plus they cost me unnecessary money.

Jon, the manager, went above and beyond my expectations. During the automotive strike, one part was needed to complete the job. This part could not be found. He called all over the country. He did find it in Fla. My truck took longer than I expect, but the customer service I received was excellent. Thank you again! Donna Lewis
