This was perhaps the worst experience with a body shop. It missed the mark with deadlines, communication and customer satisfaction. What started as a job of 8 weeks ended in 17 weeks. I heard the entire list of reasons for the delay, calls responded in 2 weeks, etc. Of course, in the end everyone was helpful including saving a portion of my deductible which is appreciated. I have no problems with the completed work.
