K&H was a good repair facility previously, but no more as they changed the repair manager. They didn't answer the custom phone calls. The repair is very slowly. My C300 was a small job and no major parts was needed. It took more than three months to complete the repair. The final repair cost was much higher then their original estimation. No more recommendation for repair in K & H. My sugestion is to remove K& H out from NJM repair list. Thanks.

Because of this experience we are looking for a different insurance company with the multiple policies my husband and I have with njm. Quality of repair? After they "repaired" it.. our car almost broke down a mile from the place picking it up!!!!!!! But we were told it was fine. The guy was very very nasty and yelling at us. Yet we still had a broken car after almost a MONTH of them having it.
