Whenever I called with a question concerning my car I was always pleasantly greeted by John or one of the staff. Once my car was completed John took the time to explain one of the mechanisms that were replaced in my car which made me appreciate my car even more.

Everything went well, only two issues: (1) I waited over 5 weeks in total for my car to be repaired, but overall that was mostly not K&H's fault (2) The tire sensor was broken during the wheel rebalancing, but I realize that was a sub-co for K&H too and ultimately, they made it right.
