Took way too long. The place didnt even look at our car for a week deapite waiting 3 weeks for an appt. When i called after a week they said because we just dropped it off without an appt that they havent looked at it yet and wont for another couple weeks. I had to argue with him to have him find my appt which he eventually realized HIS mistake.
