Very good service. Received phone call with updated work that was necessary once damaged area was disassembled (as expected). Received several texts on status and expected completion date. Car was ready several days early. Wife said car looked 'beautiful'.

K&L Auto Body team was a pleasure to have them work on my Ram 1500. Color matching was so good I could not see a difference, the body work and replacement parts that was used looks identical as the truck was when I bought it. They informed me on everything that was going on thru the whole process of the repair. Any concerns that I had they addressed the issue. 5 ⭐️’s all around to the crew at K&L. I have a few problems with my car that I noticed on my way home from picking up the truck. First my windshield wiper goes off of the drivers side of the windshield when in use. Secondly, my back passengers side brake light is out. There is water inside the red cover and it must have shorted out the bulb. I would like to get these issues resolved. Besides these two things, K and L went above and beyond working with Progressive to try to have them complete their side of the job. Justin was great to work with and kept me up-to-date on what was going on!
