They were extremely communicative and understanding throughout the entire long process. The updates were helpful and there was even a post repair incident that was handled very well. Being in an accident is never fun but Kaizen did their best to make it an easy situation.

totally recommend. Given the customer service I am confident if you think the scratch happened at Kaizen you'd work with me to fix it. Also happy to acknowledge if the scratch happened before it got to you. I would just like to get it fixed if possible with as little fuss as possible.

Ok, so I appreciate that you fixed my car. I think that was great. But there was a big scratch and small dent on the passenger door of the car that I do not think was there when I turned the car in. I am looking for pictures of the car before I turned it in. My daughter took pictures of the car when she picked it up and the scratch appears to be in the picture when she picked it up. I honestly don't want to make a big fuss about it, and I am not accusing Kaizen of doing anything nefarious. Its very possible that the scratch was there before, but its pretty big and since its on the same side as the accident, I remember looking at that side of the car alot and did not notice the scratch. Anyways, if the scratch and dent was there before I sincerely apologize for raising this issue.

The folks who called and the lady who gave me updates was very nice and was very reliable calling when she said she would to update me. The gentleman I spoke to when I left town to give instructions on who to call if my car was ready when I was out of town was very responsive and called my daughter like I had informed him to do because i was going to be in town. I really appreciated working with our folks.

Your parts supplier did not have the part you needed. That was not your fault. E verything else was great. Here is a VW parts supplier you may want to try. Thier prices are better than VW. oempartsonline.com
