Claim filed 1/11. Kaizen start repair 3/11 Kaizen notified us 3/22 said repairs done end of next week. Kaizen calll 3/25 day of 2 foot snowfall in morning to say car is done WTF. Your office cost me 4 days of car rental Between major snow storm and working for a living rental could not be returned till the 29th. My horn was working prior to accident. Shop was notified that also delayed the rental return. Shop claims accident was not the cause of horn not working. Was working prior to accident. I use it every day due to large herds of mule deer turkeys etc where I live in Hillside. Another WTF. Still doesn’t work. Still cost me 4 extra car rental days. Next time I will not deal with KAIZEN. EVER.
