Sorry, I cant do better than that, I also have an issue that my insurance said I would have to create another claim. A band or strap under neath the drivers side wheel well came loose and wrapped around my tire and ruined the under neath of tire well and pulled out a bit of my front fender. A nice gentleman who helped me said that all of the clamps were not in place to hold the band in place.

The service and people are very very nice. My repair was done super fast and loved It only took two days to fix my car. However, I am bothered by the paint job. When I went to pick up my car my bumper is literally so much whiter than the rest of my car. I had the guy come out and look at it and he told me its just my eyes and the surface area. I know my car and I know what my bumper use to look like with the color and the color doesn't match. He told me the machine mixes the paint and "pearl" is a hard color to match. I don't really care how hard to is to match the final product should match. I was told they could repair the bumper again but it would turn out the same. SO now I am stuck with a white bumper for an off white care. The guy who looked at my car also told me that every white car has an off white bumper and I have been looking at every white car, especially a White Pearl Honda Civic and the bumper to the car does match. I wish someone would of offered to get Honda paint for my pearl car if they know it doesn't match. My bumper is barely pearl compared to my car and it isnt because of the plastic because my front bumper is plastic as well.
