I was told initially that if I brought my car in Monday morning it would be ready that Wednesday or Thursday. In reality, it was ready only on the following Thursday near closing time, or a full 7 days later than initially promised. Otherwise, I was very satisfied with the work quality and staff that I had contact with.

My car was waiting to be serviced, but the customer service rep let me come pick it up, which was nice. It would be nice if that time frame was communicated in advance, I would have just done a later drop off date.

The receptionists on the collision were great to work with in a distressing situation. Any question we had was quickly answered and all phone calls were all answered. The outside workers Juan and uereste?) were both very helpful and helped us with our totaled car. KALLAMEYN sb proud of their team.

I made a comment to the GM in person, but just to reiterate - working directly with Juan R was single-handedly the best customer-facing experience I have had in 20 years. From the initial visit/estimate, to not being pushy, to consistent updates, to the art of the upsell, to the timeliness - perfection. He and the receptionist (Celeste maybe) could teach a course on CX. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive which made the entire experience feel as if I was being taken care of by family. But Juan R is a game changer. He gets the little things, the details, but does not miss the big things as well. Thank you y gracias. Sincerely

They did an excellent job from star to finish. The accessor looked at my car and pointed out all the repairs that needed to be done. They gave me an accurate timeline and worked with me to make dropping off the car and picking it up easy for me.
