the repairs were completed and done well. i am very appreciative of the work that was done. im only disappointed that there was no respect for the interior of the car. its a brand new car that had absolutely no stains or any damage to the seats or the floors. i received my car with black marks on my grey seats. i granted i had seat covers and should of kept them on during the repairs- but i took them out of my car to use in the rental to ensure no damage to the interior to the rental. on top of marks on my seats, my floor mats were not replaced and were just thrown in the trunk. and there was a loose plastic piece sitting in the cup holder and i have no idea where its supposed to go. thank you for repairing the damages to my car, but please be mindful of other parts of the cars for other customers- especially when they are brand new cars, not 20year old cars with engine lights on (like my old car i wouldnt of cared so much if there were marks on the seats, etc.)

Took 6 weeks to repair-Kallemeyn even had us wait about 5-6 weeks for an appt. So repair took a total of 10 weeks. They never communicated with us about delays. We don't think they started on truck until about 2 weeks after we brought it in. We could have used it during that time. Had to get a new door-but it wasn't installed right as the door adjacent would not close properly . They initially disputed that issue. Kept giving us due dates that weren't met.

Was very satisfied with the repair work, very professional job. Was also very pleased to find that the vehicle was thoroughly cleaned inside and out, felt like I was picking up a new vehicle. Everyone I delt with was very pleasant and helpful. I know that bodywork is costly but I felt the price was very fair especially when you consider the quality of work. Would recommend Kallemeyn100% . Thank you for a great job.
