Not given accurate times of completion or updates. Got the car back, horn and air conditioning aren’t working. Inspection ran out and could have offered to inspect it for the time that it was at the shop since yall gave me the free inspection coupon.

Did not get updates on completion times. Or I would and I’d have to call to see if it was done and find out that you were still waiting on parts.
